Michael began working at Woodbury Cold Cuts at the age of 16. In 2002 when he was 20 years old he bought Woodbury Cold Cuts and became the first third generation entrepreneur in the family. He has run it successfully for almost 10 years. In 2009, when The Nut Shop was purchased he became our Candy Maker and taught himself to hand make the entire product line of finished chocolates as well as all the centers needed i.e. centers for butter creams, jellies, etc.
